Our Office Suites
Mackintosh House offers a range of individual office suites, from just 77 square feet up to 326 square feet and with various different configurations. In total, there is over 2,000 square feet of office space available.
All our offices are bright and airy with large windows, and all look onto the front or rear gardens. Each desk area has Category 5 cabling for plug in high-speed internet access and the furnishings create a modern working environment.
Each suite is available on highly competitive flexible terms for a simple monthly fee which includes rent, business rates, buildings insurance, lighting, heating, water, broadband and cleaning of communal areas. The fee also includes use of a pleasant communal lounge, a delightful patio and garden area, two well-equipped kitchens and multiple toilet facilities.
There are five car parking spaces available in a secure car park at the rear of the building. Each space is available for a reasonable additional charge. Similarly, there is a meeting room which can be booked on a full-day and half-day basis.
